The Council of Europe is currently launching a tender call under the Council of Europe international public call procedure for the procurement of international consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Programme “Promoting a human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”

In this context, the Council is looking for Providers in order to support the implementation of the Programme with a particular expertise pertaining to the various aspects of the prevention of human rights violations by the Ombudsperson Institution and the National Mechanism on Prevention of Torture of the Republic of Moldova.
