The Lanzarote Committee will hold its next, 25th meeting in Cyprus.

This will be an opportunity for the Committee to learn more about the multidisciplinary approach and inter-institutional cooperation applied in Cyprus for better protection of children against sexual exploitation and abuse. A visit to the Children's House is also scheduled so that Committee members can see how this institution works in practice.

In addition, the Lanzarote Committee will consider a draft Declaration for adoption at its meeting, on the protection of children in care or in institutions against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse.

It will also continue its work on the challenges raised by the exchange of child self-generated sexual images.

It will also exchange information, experiences and good practices on other aspects of the protection of children against sexual violence in Europe, as at each of its meetings.

Finally, it will adopt its 5th activity report covering the period 22 June 2018-18 October 2019.
