As part of its monitoring activity on digital transformation, the Council of Europe Secretariat has produced a graphical visualisation of the distribution of strategic and ethical frameworks relating to artificial intelligence, big data, data science and robotics.
In a completely new way, more than 300 texts have been grouped together in a database, in open data, in order to restore their source, geographical origin and year of publication. The various filter possibilities and direct links to the documents allow a dynamic reading of this documentary database.
