The Committee of Ministers adopts new decisions on the implementation of the European Court's judgments

The latest decisions adopted on the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights have been published by the Committee of Ministers.

During its "Human Rights" meeting of September, the Committee adopted 29 decisions concerning 17 member states.

Final resolutions were adopted by the Committee in respect of 183 judgments and decisions from the European Court, concerning 14 different states.

The Committee also adopted the indicative list of cases proposed for examination at its next "Human Rights" meeting which will take place in December 2019 (1362nd meeting).
