Sweden joins the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe

The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA) is pleased to welcome Sweden as a new member State.

On 6 March, Mrs. Amanda LIND, Minister for Culture and Democracy of Sweden, informed Mrs. Marija PEJČINOVIĆ BURIĆ, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, of the accession of Sweden to the EPA. 

Sweden becomes the 34th member State of the EPA.

Sweden is currently crossed by 7 certified Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe: The Hansa, Viking Routes,  European Route of Cistercian Abbeys, European Cemeteries Route, Route of Saint Olav Ways, European Route of Megalithic Culture and European Route of Industrial Heritage.
