- The Association of the Friends of Hirsau Abbey (est. 1983) was founded with the aim of keeping the history of the Hirsau Abbey (Kloster Hirsau) alive. The Association promotes researches and the preservation of historical evidence, as well as the distribution of knowledge about the Abbey and funding for the Abbey Museum.
