The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Strengthening the Capacity of Bar Associations and Lawyers on European Human Rights Standards”. The purpose of this call is to identify one (1) provider for the provision of the creation of an online training for lawyers to deliver an unsynchronised, tutorless training, with automated attendance tracking, and certificate issuing, under the Joint Project on” Strengthening the Capacity of Bar Associations and Lawyers on European Human Rights Standards”.
