What is a RSS feed ?
A RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed is an XML-based format for content distribution. It is used to publish frequently updated information, such as news headlines, audio and video items, blog entries, in a standardised format. RSS enables you to see when websites have added new content and to receive these updates directly to your computer.
