1. Introduction describing the concept as a political concern
2. Presentation of three examples among the most advanced in the field of dialogue and connections between social policies and citizen initiatives to foster social inclusion. Description of the benefits derived, as well as the difficulties and obstacles encountered and how these can be overcome
