Provision a of a video animation on Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPPs)
Within the framework of the European Union and the Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Protecting Freedom of Expression and of the Media (PROFREX)”. In this context, the action is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of video production services for the purpose of raising awareness of the SLAPP lawsuits (Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation).
The deadline for submission of tenders/offers is 26 April 2024.
