We are pleased to inform members of the HELP Network and our partners from other international associations of legal professionals that the Annual Conference 2016 will take place on 16-17 June in Strasbourg. This year the event will be focused on the topic "the Contribution of HELP in the Harmonisation of the National Case Law".

The annual conference is a forum for discussion among all members and partners on ways of enhancing training results and concrete implementation at anational level of the European Convention on Human Rights and on how to improve an effective co-operation. It is also an important occasion to discuss bi-laterally the co-operation between the HELP Programme and its partner institutions.

This year, during the conference the election of members of the HELP Consultative Board will take place and the HELP guidbook on the Human Rights training methodology will be presented.
