The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of consultancy services in the area of research and capacity building on women’s access to justice in the framework of the EU/Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance II regional project Women’s Access to Justice: delivering on the Istanbul Convention and other European gender equality standards” in the Eastern Partnership countries.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of international consultants with the relevant background and work experience in the areas of research and capacity building on access to justice, gender equality and preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 19 April 2021.
Selected consultants will be consulted on an as-needed-basis.
