The European Committee of Social Rights will convene for its 292nd session from 9 to 12 May 2017 in Strasbourg.
The Committee will continue the examination of the draft Conclusions 2017 of the Charter with respect to the thematic group “Health, social security and social protection” as regards Slovak Republic, Malta, Estonia, Bulgaria, Georgia, France, Lithuania and Ireland, as well as the Conclusions for XXI-2 (2017) of the 1961 Charter. The Committee will continue the preparation of meetings and/or written procedure in respect of several countries.
The Committee will also examine several pending collective complaints and the latest developments relating to the Turin Process.
During the session, the Committee will also hold an exchange of views with the President of the European Court of Human Rights Guido Raimondi.
