Intercultural mediation is a priority for the Multicultural Integration Service. To achieve good results, thematic training modules on the topic will be arranged for both the staff of the Integration Service and other departments. The trainings will be organised in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), as well as local NGOs with the goal to develop intercultural skills, resolve mediation issues, as well as to study good practices of other local authorities. The trainings are planned to take place within the second period of the implementation of the ADMin4All Project.
The ADMin4All - Supporting Active Inclusion of Disadvantaged Migrants in Europe organised in cooperation with IOM, is an initiative taking place in several countries aiming to enhance the capacity of local governments to develop sustainable strategies for successful social and economic integration of vulnerable migrants.
