On 9 June, the Secretariat held an online meeting with the representatives of the Russian Ministry of Culture and Liberation Route Europe.

Ambassador Ivan Soltanovsky, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Council of Europe and Mrs. Alla Manilova, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation opened the meeting session. M. Remy Praud, Managing Director of Liberation Route Europe. represented the network, certified Cultural Route of the Council of Europe since 2019.

Liberation Route Europe is an international remembrance network linking the main regions impacted by the liberation of Europe from Nazi occupation in 1944-1945.
