Riassunto

The Agreement, concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Statute of the Council of Europe (ETS No. 001), provides for the immunities and privileges necessary for the fulfilment of the function of the Representatives of the member States to the Commitee of Ministers and the Parliamentary Assembly, as well as of the Secretariat. Among these immunities and privileges are the juridical personality of the Council of Europe, the immunity of jurisdiction, the inviolability of the buildings and premises of the Council.
