The Centre interfédéral pour l’égalité des chances (UNIA) submitted a communication to the Committee of Ministers in the group of cases L.B. and pilot judgment W.D.
UNIA suggests, among other things, to further develop the regular path of mental health care for internees as well as to improve the quality of their care in prisons and to provide basic training to all prison officers who are called upon to work in a psychiatric environment.
This group of cases is scheduled for examination by the Committee of Ministers at its 1411th DH meeting from 14 to 16 September 2021.
