From 26 to 29 August 2021, a training seminar on preventing and combating discrimination in the field of youth policy and youth work is organised in Kyiv with the participation of young people who face discrimination and representatives of public local authorities, youth organisations and organisations working with young people in Ukraine. The training seminar is based on Council of Europe standards and tools to combat discrimination against young people. The participants will draft recommendations for youth centres in Ukraine and for the the State Programme "Youth Worker".

 The activity is part of the project "Youth for democracy in Ukraine" which is implemented by the Youth Department of the Council of Europe and the Organisation's Office in Ukraine in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022 in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
