The Council of Europe Project Enhancing Healthcare Provision in Georgia’s Penitentiary System (HPG) is launching a call for a Provider to prepare a report collecting relevant qualitative and quantitative disaggregated data (including data related to gender and vulnerable groups). The final study shall contain an analysis and interpretation of findings and processed data, in English and Georgian languages. It shall aim to provide support to the Georgian authorities in improving the access, quality of provision and organisation of mental healthcare services as well as inform project partners on the impact of the activities and areas that require further action to enhance healthcare provision in penitentiary and probation system of Georgia and improve the protection of human rights.
The deadline for the submission of applications is 13 December 2022.
