The Council of Europe produced a collection of pedagogical fact sheets on Roma history, culture and language. “Information Fact Sheets on Roma History” are available in nine languages, unfortunately not in Bulgarian, and are available for download.

A paper “Persecution and Politicization: Roma (Gypsies) of Eastern Europe” by Carol Silverman published in Cultural Survival no 19.2, Nationalism in Eastern Europe, 1995 presents Roma suffering, the economic, political and cultural discrimination in the countries of the Eastern Europe after the World War II.
