Design, planning, and results monitoring for major European Union-Council of Europe facilities will from now on be managed through the Council of Europe’s development cooperation tool, the PMM IT tool.

The Partnership for Good Governance and the European Union/Council of Europe Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey are now fully integrated into the IT tool. This enables flexible reporting by theme, by region and/or by country.
