The Icelandic Presidency has launched the Icelandic Culinary Week, la Semaine Culinaire Islandaise, as a part of the cultural programme of the Icelandic Presidency. Four restaurants in Strasbourg are celebrating Icelandic fish with special menus from the 26 January to 5 February.
