Description: Bookmarks is published to support the Council of Europe’s No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign for human rights online. Bookmarks is useful for educators wanting to address hate speech online from a human rights perspective, both inside and outside the formal education system. It contains a number of non-formal educational activities, background information on hate speech online, human rights mechanisms to address hate speech and other information related to hate speech.
