The Centre of Expertise, in cooperation with Transparency International Estonia, organised a workshop on Public Ethics Benchmarking (PEB). Participants: 10-15 Estonian mayors, University of Tallinn, TI Estonia, local and international experts, government officials, CoE Secretariat (Centre of Expertise).

The aim of the workshop was to present the CoE PEB Toolkit, and to discuss and adapt the European Public Ethics Scorecard to local conditions. It was planned that 10-15 Estonian municipalities piloted the tool by the end of the year.

The PEB has been implemented last year in the Basque Country, Spain, and in Armenia. It will be presented to the municipalities of Kosovo in September, and later will also be launched in Poland.
