A second two-day workshop will be organised to train national trainers and experts on the specific Council of Europe methodology for Monitoring and Evaluation of Training Programmes for Professional Development of Local Government (URSO).
The participants will discuss the development of the indicators to be used for the future monitoring of the training programmes and public policies, adapted to the Slovak context.
The URSO material will complement the National Training and Capacity-Building Strategy for local authorities, which is currently being drafted in the framework of the joint project of the Council of Europe and the European Union Delivering Good Governance in Slovakia.
