The Centre of Expertise, in cooperation with the Romanian National Institute of Administration (INA), will launch the first Leadership Academy in Romania on 18 June.

The training is designed specifically for the civil servants of national level

The programme will start from the Training of Trainers, to introduce the national trainers to the LAP to ensure sustainability of training in the future. The programme will include Training and Capacity Needs Analysis to adapt the standard modules to the local context and needs.

On 20 June, a high-level Conference will be organised to launch the LAP officially, with participation of the representatives of the Council of Europe – Head of Department of Democratic Governance, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administratio, General Secretariat of Government, National Agency of Civil Servants, INA, and media.
