The Programming Committee on Youth met on the 3 - 4 December at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg for its 34th meeting. It approved the following number of European Youth Foundation grants:
- work plans: 21 granted out of 34 applications;
- international activities: 20 granted, 3 resubmissions, out of 33 applications;
- structural grants: 40 granted out of 45 applications.

The PC also took decisions regarding pilot activities taking place beginning of 2016.
