GRIGORYAN Kristinne

 

Kristinne Grigoryan was born in 27 August 1981, in Sevan (Armenia).

In 1998 she entered Yerevan State University, Chair of Arabic Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, which she successfully graduated from in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree. In 2004 she graduated from Yerevan State University, Chair of Arabic Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies with Master's degree. From 2006 to 2008 she studied at Yerevan Northern University and graduated it with Bachelor's degree in law. She holds Diploma in the French language in the field of diplomacy and international relations as well.

In 2004-2014, Ms Grigoryan worked in Parliament as a specialist at the Legal Department of the Staff than at the Department for Foreign Relations. After that she has worked in the Standing Committee on State and Legal affairs and for the last 2 years of her service in Parliament, she was Assistant to the Speaker of Parliament covering legal issues. In 2014, Ms Grigoryan was the Team Leader in the project "Support to Institutional Capacity-Building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" of the USAID funded project. In 2015, Kristinne Grigoryan was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Staff of the Ministry of Justice. Then, from 2018 to 2019, she was an Advisor to First Deputy Prime Minister and between January-July 2019 was appointed as an Advisor to the President of the Parliament responsible for international legal cooperation.

Upon the Decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia of 3 July 2019, Ms Grigoryan was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

Kristinne Grigoryan is fluent in English, Russian, French, German and Arabic (reading, understanding).
