The Division of Electoral Assistance of the Council of Europe has been invited to participate in the 24th annual conference of the Association of European Election Officials (ACEEEO) on “Continuous Training of Electoral Stakeholders and Equality of Voters, Equality of Votes” that took place in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

Mr François Friederich, Head of Division participated in the 1st plenary session of the event with a presentation on Council of Europe and civic observers: training for democracy. The Conference was hosted by the Central Electoral Commission of Moldova and gathered more than hundred electoral stakeholders from around the world. The agenda of the event can be found here.
