[Kyiv, Ukraine, 31 October 2013] Participants in a conference organised in Kyiv, Ukraine, under the joint Council of Europe/EU project on cooperation against cybercrime in the Eastern Partnership region, adopted today a set of strategic priorities. These are to provide guidance to cybercrime policies by countries of this region but also facilitate future capacity building programmes in this region.
