Albanian Team:
Esmeralda Kromidha
Professor at the Department of French, University of Tirana, Albania.
PhD in language sciences and language didactics. Trainer of future teachers of French as a foreign language.
Administrative functions assured: Head of Department of French; Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; Member of the Council of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; Member of the Academic Senate of the University of Tirana.
Fields of research: Didactics and methodology of foreign language teaching; Professional communication.
Organizer and director of numerous scientific and cultural events for the promotion of French, the values of French-speaking communities and humanity. Director of national and international scientific projects. Host of in-service training for foreign language teachers.
Edmond Hajderi
Professor Edmond Hajdëri is currently the Secretary General of the Catholic University 'Our Lady of the Good Council' in Tirana, Albania. He was Director of Scientific Research and Higher Education at the Ministry of Education of Albania (1998-2004). He has participated in several research projects and scientific publications. He is also a member of the Italian society of marine biology.
Elona Toro
Elona Toro completed her studies in translation and interpretation at the University of Tirana in 2005. She then completed a Master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, at the University of Rouen and a Master II in didactics of languages and cultures at the Sorbonne University, Paris III.
Currently she is finishing her doctorate on the integration of ICT in continuing education of language teachers at the Department of French of the University of Tirana.
Elona Toro is also the head of the Francophone Digital Campus of Tirana of the University Agency of Francophonie and vice-president of the Association of French Teachers of Albania.
Algerian Team:
Naouel Abdellatif Mami
Professor of Universities at the Mohamed Lamine Debaghine University, Setif 2. After her English studies, she has been specialized in the field of psychopedagogy and learning / teaching foreign languages. Currently Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events, she has directed a number of research projects with the Council of Europe and the European Union. She is coordinator of the Maghreb for Erasmus + projects and Head of the doctoral school on specialized languages.
Italian Team:
Stefania Gandolfi
Professor of Human Rights Pedagogy and Pedagogy of International Cooperation and responsible for the UNESCO Chair "Human Rights and Ethics of International Cooperation" of the University of Bergamo (Italy).
President of the Association V. Chizzolini international cooperation of Bergamo, member of the Council of OIDEL (International Organization for the Right to Education and Freedom of Education - Geneva), member of the Observatory of Diversity and Cultural rights of Freiburg.
Research follows three directions: intercultural education, citizenship education, the right to education, human rights education and the role of education in Higher Education.
The research has been concretized in projects of international cooperation especially with Africa and Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Felice Rizzi
Professor at the Catholic University of Brescia, University of Turin and the University of Bergamo.

Marcella Ferri
PhD in International Cooperation. Her fields of research are international human rights law, and mainly cultural rights on which she has written many articles and a monograph. Currently she is a lecturer in "Institutions of Public and European Law" at the University of Bergamo (Italy) and of the "International Human Rights Law" course at the Catholic University of Milan (Italy).
Giovanni Zucchelli
Born in Bergamo on 20 March 1986, graduated with honors at the University of Bergamo in "Human Rights and the Ethics of International Cooperation" in 2010. He received his Ph.D. "Science of International Cooperation" at the University of Bergamo in 2014. His scientific interests focus on political science and relations with the Islamic world. In 2016 he published a book by Carocci entitled "Sovereignty: Paths of an Idea between the West and Islam" (Sovranità, Percorsi di un'idea tra Occident e Islam).
He is currently a member of the Scientific Council of the UNESCO Chair and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Bergamo. He is also teaching assistant of "The History of Religions" at the University of Bergamo and "History of Political Thought" at the University of Verona.

Alfred Fernandez
PhD in Philosophy, Complutense University (Madrid). Director-General of OIDEL (right to education and freedom of education), NGOs with consultative status with the United Nations, UNESCO and the Council of Europe. Director of the Henry Dunant University College, a human rights training institution in Geneva.
Worked for 25 years on the promotion and protection of human rights. In this capacity, he has participated as an expert or as a representative of civil society in more than 100 international meetings on the right to education and economic, social and cultural rights within the framework of the United Nations, UNESCO, the Council of Europe and the European Union. Coordinates the NGO Platform on the Right to Education (UNESCO).
Greta Balliu
External researcher at the Interdisciplinary Institute of Ethics and Human Rights (IIEDH), Friborg, Switzerland. Her main activities and responsibilities are research on corruption, ethics of international cooperation, follow-up of the project Human rights based approach in Development and research on economics and culture - Implementation of a new approach based on human rights with an interdisciplinary team.
She holds a PhD in 'Science of International Cooperation' from the Faculty of Science Humanities, University of Bergamo. Fields of research: International policy, human rights, human development, human security, respect for cultural diversity.
Responsible for the Project at the Council of Europe:
Villano Qiriazi
Head of the Council of Europe's Education Policy Division (Strasbourg, France).
Mr. Qiriazi obtained a diploma in philology and French language and literature from the University of Tirana in 1988. He joined the Council of Europe in 1996 after an experience in teaching and journalism and has since managed a number of multilateral educational projects focusing on intercultural education, religious education, education for democratic citizenship and human rights, and the quality of education. From 2004 to 2012, he was secretary of the Steering Committee on Education, an intergovernmental body responsible for designing and implementing new educational policies in the 47 member states of the Council of Europe. Mr. Qiriazi is the Secretary of the Standing Conference of Ministers of Education, which has met regularly since 1959 in one of the member states of the Council of Europe.
Eva Piu
Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Paris IV-Sorbonne (France) in comparative literature in 2002. After an extensive professional experience in teaching of foreign languages and French literature, she joined the Council of Europe, Division of Education Policies in 2014 as project assistant.
