On 12 and 13 October 2022, the CDCJ ‘s working group on migration held its second meeting in Rome, Italy, to review the draft Guide for Practitioners on administrative detention of migrants and asylum seekers.
The working group also discussed and approved its work programme, timetable and working methods for 2022-2023.
