Digital Citizenship Education network
The DCE Network is composed of stakeholders who work together to encourage young people to develop their online proficiency, engagement and creativity as well as an awareness of the legal implications of their online activity.
Comprising educators appointed by CoE member States Ministers of Education working in the field, support the network by piloting strategies and disseminating information to families and schools.
Comprising NGOs, civil society organisations, and public institutions who have established powerful links with parents and carers around Europe, and wish to support the Council of Europe in promoting its work, tools, and resources to parents, carers and children in their countries.
