The Council of Europe SOGI Unit is looking for consultancy services in the field of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Expression and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) with expertise in Legislative and Policy development/reviews, Institutional capacity development and/or Raising awareness.
