The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Strengthening child-friendly justice through effective co-operation and coordination among different Barnahus-type services in the regions of Spain”. It is co-financed by the EU Structural Reform Support Programme and implemented in close cooperation with EU DG Reform and the Spanish Ministry of Social Affairs and Agenda 2030 during the period 6 July 2022 to 5 July 2024.

In 2021, Spain approved the Organic Law 8/2021 on the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescences against Violence (LOPIVI). This EU-CoE Joint Project sets to support the Spanish authorities in the implementation of the LOPIVI and the introduction the Barnahus model in three pilot regions of Spain.

In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for national service providers to support the implementation of the project with a particular expertise on training, awareness raising and child participation as specified in the attached Tender File and Act of Engagement.

Applicants are invited to consult the documents below and carefully follow the instructions for submission.

The deadline for submission of applications is 28 October 2022 (23:59 CET) to be addressed exclusively to [email protected].
