Natalia works as an educational advisor for the Youth Department of the Council of Europe. She has been involved in youth work and training for the last 10 years, and at the moment in her role supports the implementation of the Youth for Democracy programme of the Council of Europe’s youth sector. She has been closely following the Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centres programme where she is responsible for the pedagogical work with the youth centres in the Quality Label network.
