The quality-labelled Lisbon Youth Centre translated and published and 3 Council of Europe recommendations on youth policy: the Enter! Recommendation on access of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to social rights; the Recommendation on Youth Work and the Recommendation on Young People’s Access to Rights.

The publications were presented at a round-table about the role of the Council of Europe on youth policy and youth work in Portugal held at the Lisbon Youth Centre on 19 December, associated with an Enter! training course for youth workers and local authorities.
