The Youth Department of the Council of Europe in partnership with the Government Office of Human Rights and Rights of National Minorities of Croatia is organising a training workshop in non-formal education and youth work with young Roma in Croatia. The event is scheduled to take place during 22-25 November in Marija Bistrica, Croatia.

The aim of the training workshop is to develop participants’ competences in carrying out high quality non-formal educational, training and youth work related activities with young Roma people with the purpose of stimulating their participation and social inclusion in the context of Croatia.

The event is open to open to Croatian residents, both Roma and non Roma young people, activists, youth leaders, educators, youth workers, volunteers, representative of civil society organisations and all those interested to promote and support the participation and social inclusion of Roma.

The event is organized under the framework of the Roma Youth Action Plan project of the Youth Department of the Council of Europe.
