During 7-11 July, the Youth Department in partnership with the international network Phiren Amenca has support another national training course in human right education with the focus on Roma youth issues.

The training gathered 30 young Roma and non-Roma training, multipliers, youth leaders at the European Youth Center in Budapest with the aim to develop their competencies in non-formal education and build network of Roma and non-Roma trainer and youth organisation.

Participants were coming from different municipalities around Hungary such as Budapest, Nagyecsed, Hodasz, Szolnok, Szombathely, Veszprem, Debrecen, Pecs, Babarcsszolos and Torokbalint.

The course was supported by the Youth Department of the Council of Europe as an integral part of its Human Rights Education Youth Programme and the Roma Youth Action Plan.
