Victor Rotari is a Junior Project Officer in the Office of the Directorate General for Programmes of the Council of Europe. Victor has previously worked as a coordinator in the Good Governance Department of the Soros Foundation-Moldova and in the Parliament of Moldova before that. He holds a Master Degree in Law from Moldova State University and Master Degree in Public Policy from the Central European University. His areas of expertise are International Development and good governance.
