Norma Angélica Ley Sánchez is a feminist and mediator, graduated in Communication Sciences from the UNAM, with studies in political campaign design, Feminism, development and democracy, Gender and Public Administration, Management and Transformation of Conflicts, among others. She has been a consultant in the Technical Committee on Gender and Non-Discrimination of INE, a consultant for UNDP and currently holds the Directorate of the National Policy on Equality in the Political and Social Area of Inmujeres.
