Born in 1951, Jo Spiegel has been mayor of Kingersheim since 1989. He is now retired as a former teacher of physical education and sports (Pulversheim High School from 1976 to 2012). He was Regional Adviser of Alsace from 1986 to 1998 and General Councilor of Haut-Rhin from 1988 to 2015.
