Maria Esther Rabasa Grau is Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Andorra to the Council of Europe since 2015. She has extensive experience in the field of education, having, for example, been Director of the Andorran School of Massana, Ministry of Education (2009-2015), Director of the Department of Professional Training and Educational Development, Ministry of Education (2005-2009), and Head of Service of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, as well as member of the monitoring group of the Bologna Process (2001-2004). From 1999-2001, she was Minister counsellor in the embassy of the Principality of Andorra in France and Deputy Permanent Delegate in Unesco.
