The Cultural routes of the Council of Europe at the Valentino Castle

The central theme chosen for the conference, held at the Valentino Castle, seat of the Turin Polytechnic on 18 May was: "Cultural heritage between tangible and intangible: cultural routes and the Faro Convention a comparison towards the future".

It was the first meeting at the regional level in which a cross-reading of the Faro Convention was carried out between representatives of cultural routes, heritage communities and the academic world.

The event was organized by Professor Anna Marotta. Among participants were Giuliana De Francesco of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, Representative of Italy in the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe, Roberta Alberotanza, member of the Task Force for the Italian Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and Luisella Pavan-Woolfe, Director of the Venice Office of the Council of Europe. The Italian presidency cultural routes exhibition  stopped in Turin before moving to Reggio Calabria.
