On 14 May, on the occasion of the International Day of Light promoted by UNESCO, the seminar "The Language of Light 2021. Verona: prima inter pictas" was cast in live streaming from the seat of the Order of Architects of Verona. The event is the result of a collaboration between the Opificio della Luce and the Order of Architects of Verona, and obtained the patronage of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the Italian office of the Council of Europe.

During the meeting participants also talked about the Faro Convention and the setting up of a new Heritage Community in Verona. Nicoletta Biondo, representative of the Tarvisium Gioiosa movement, presented the initiatives organised by a group of citizens to safeguard the pictorial heritage of Treviso.
