301st session of the European Committee of Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights will convene for its 301st session from 10 to 14 September 2018 in Strasbourg.

The Committee will continue the examination of the national reports for Conclusions 2018 of the Charter with respect to the thematic group “Labour rights” as regards Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, Serbia, Latvia, Slovenia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as the Conclusions for XXI-3 (2018) of the 1961 Charter. The Committee will also examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”.
