Co-operation affected by COVID-19: Interim measures

The sanitary crisis due to COVID 19 is affecting the functioning of central authorities in an increasing number of States and may lead to delays in the handling of requests for extradition, mutual assistance and transfer of sentenced persons. The central authorities of several States have sent circular letters to their counterparts indicating interim measures taken during this period. The UNODC in cooperation with the CoE, the EJN, IberRed and SEEPAG established a table summarizing these interim measures. This table will be updated regularly.
