School of Magistrates supported in unifying training needs assessment methodology and training impact

14 trainers of the Albanian School of Magistrates were capacitated today on the training needs assessment methodology and the training impact in line with international standards. The training seminar was organised in the context of the joint European Union and Council of Europe action “Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Albania” in cooperation with the School of Magistrates, focusing on methodological issues of continuous training of magistrates and the role of the court users’ satisfaction surveys, based on CEPEJ methodology. The training is directly linked with the Action’s support of piloting the web-based surveys in two Albanian courts for improving the quality of justice services. As a follow up to this training seminar, regional activities are planned to roll out in the coming months.

The action “Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Albania (SEJ III)" is part of the joint European Union and Council of Europe “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” programme.
