International expert and local trainers hard at work preparing to deliver the Centre of Expertise Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) in Albania.  LAP will be implemented over 3 stages in cooperation with the Albanian School of Public Administration and the Albanian Schools of Political Studies in the context of the Swiss-funded project to Strengthen Local Government Structures in Albania. 

• Stage 1 focused on Personal and Team Leadership will take place 26 February – 2 March 2018
• Stage 2 focused on Organisational leadership will take place 14-18 May 2018
• Stage 3 Focused on Community Leadership will take place 17-21 September 2018

The LAP course is an interactive training programme for public authorities of all levels that seeks to develop leadership for organisations, leadership for strategy and leadership for capacity building based on the 12 Principles of Good Governance of the Council of Europe.
