The office of the Commissioner celebrates in Tirana the 10th anniversary of this important institution.

The Head of the Council of Europe Office in Tirana, Claus Neukirch, participated in the event organised on this occasion.

A message from the Chair of the Committee of Convention 108, Alessandra Pierucci, was also addressed to the Commissioner, Besnik Dervishi, congratulating him and his staff for this special day and acknowledging the fruitful cooperation of his office with the Committee of Convention 108. The office of the Commissioner will  be hosting on 3-4 May the European Conference of data protection authorities and a session of the conference will be dedicated to the modernisation of Convention 108.
